Job Description

Champion Customer Success : Own a portfolio of high-impact customer accounts, driving strategic initiatives and revenue growth.

Experience : 15+ years of consulting or professional services experience with a Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Industry Knowledge : Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS products, especially in S2P/P2P, CLM, ERP, and CRM applications.

Background : Candidates from Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or premium Indian business schools (e.g., IIMs, ISB, XLRI) are highly preferred. Experience in the e-procurement space also highly valued.

Communication Skills : Stellar verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Engagement : Extensive experience engaging with customers, with international exposure being a plus.

Leadership : Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing teams.

Ethics : High standards of ethics and accountability.

Timezone flexibility : Work will be in support of US Delivery - requiring support for at least half of the US day (ET).
