Zycus - Vice President - Marketing (12-15 yrs)

Zycus is seeking a VP of Marketing with B2B SaaS expertise who will lead and execute integrated marketing strategies to position Zycus as a market leader. You'll lead global GTM, Demand generation, product marketing, content, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Leadership: Lead the overall marketing strategy, aligning marketing goals with business objectives for global markets.

- Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies, positioning Zycus' solutions effectively in the market.

- Content and SEO Strategy: Own content strategy across various channels, ensuring SEO optimization and driving organic traffic to Zycus' website and platforms.

- Digital Marketing: Create and manage global digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and social media strategies.

- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, events, webinars, and digital marketing.

- Global Outreach: Develop region-specific campaigns and strategies to target and engage enterprise clients across different geographies.

- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, nurturing talent and fostering collaboration between departments.

- Marketing Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs to measure success and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Skills and experience:

- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in SAAS B2B companies.

- MBA in Marketing from a Premier Business School like IIM

- Proven experience in product marketing, content creation, SEO, and digital marketing.

- Strong knowledge of global marketing strategies and experience in executing marketing plans for different geographies.

- Expertise in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Strategic and Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and lead a diverse marketing team.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to business needs and marketing trends.
