What will you do?
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for company's D2C and eCommerce channels.
- Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative development.
- Develop and manage a high-performing marketing team, delegating tasks effectively and providing mentorship.
- Set clear marketing goals and objectives, and track progress towards those goals using data and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for company to leverage them for growth.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on D2C and eCommerce.
- Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team.
