Responsibilities

• Coding and Development

• Adherence to Software Development Lifecycle:

• Follow established software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and company-

specific processes.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives as required by the team's

methodology.

• Problem Solving:
• Analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Seek opportunities for skill development and attend relevant training or courses.

Skills and qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in the backend.
• Must have skills- Data Structure, Algorithm, and Experience with any Database system.
• Preferred Skills- Nodejs, NoSQL and Cloud-based Systems.
