You will get the exposure to work day and night in high pressure environment.

Dislikes

After even working day and night. You will get negligible raise, they will hire new employees at almost double salary. Appraisals totally depend on your closeness with the top management. If you are an introvert then you will be left in a corner with same salary for years. They will say it’s a data driven company but they are giving worst appraisals to the data team.

Cannot think of anything which I like. It was a nightmare. I would suggest people aspiring to join zupee, that if you want a good hike then only join zupee for a year or two, otherwise this place is a disaster.

So I joined zupee as QA engineer and earlier everything was going good, But after some change in leadership, things got worst day by day. Maybe the new manager is made insecure of his job, that's why so much drama is going on except work. People working currently are forced to give positive feedbacks, so this is unending loop whichyou will not want to get into. Also here manager keeps his friendship and personal relation in priority over other hard working employees, who are struggling day by day and getting anxiety issues.
