Zupee - Senior Manager/Associate Director - Brand Marketing (10-13 yrs)

Role: Senior Role- Brand Marketing

Reports to: VP- Brand Marketing

Location: Gurgaon

- The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about building and nurturing brands with strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of developing successful branding strategies. Will be responsible for managing all aspects of brand development, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity, to drive brand awareness, engagement through right media mix.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to achieve business objectives and
drive brand growth.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and social media, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Ability to plan and build brand regionally with right media mix strategy.

- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, perception, and equity, and develop strategies to optimize brand performance.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
