The Trade Marketing Specialist at Pine Labs will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to drive in-store brand visibility, retailer engagement, and events. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to create impactful campaigns and programs tailored for consumers, trade partners and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

- Design and implement trade marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

- Develop retail activation campaigns to promote Pine Labs' products and solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, retail teams and ecosystem stakeholders like retail associations, event organisers, etc.

- Plan and execute point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store branding, and promotional events (sponsored as well as curated).

- Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize ROI.

- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

- Track and report on trade marketing initiatives and sales impact.

- Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on trade programs.

- Partner with external agencies for the design and execution of creative assets

- Coach and guide team members in Agile frameworks to drive results/performance

What matters in this role:

Relevant work experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Strong project management & execution skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in executing in-store promotions and events.

Years of experience: 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or channel marketing, preferably in fintech, retail-tech, or telecom sectors.
