Oracle Functional Consultant

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion implementation specialist to lead end-to-end ERP implementations using Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, specifically in Oracle Fusion, with a focus on driving successful implementation projects and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP applications across various business functions (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
• Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion implementation, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules (such as Financials, Procurement, and HR) based on the organizations needs.
• Conduct data migration, integration, and system testing to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption.
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they are comfortable with the new system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, preferably end-to-end.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules like O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), and others.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration, data migration, and integration.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Oracle certification in Fusion applications is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and familiarity with other Oracle tools.
• Knowledge of change management and business process reengineering.
