Overview :

We're seeking a creative Creative Strategist to join our team. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing social media profiles, and collaborating closely with our marketing team.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement compelling marketing campaigns that connect with the target audience across multiple platforms.

- Lead the development of content strategies to drive engagement and build brand loyalty, collaborating with content and design teams for brand alignment.

- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and copywriters, ensuring all creative output aligns with the brand's vision and objectives.

- Oversee and direct all creative assets for ad campaigns focused on performance and retention, ensuring high-impact visuals and messaging.

- Supervise and coordinate photoshoots and video production, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand visuals for digital and offline platforms.

- Develop and implement innovative, data-driven ad strategies, collaborating with the design and copy teams to produce engaging content that drives brand growth.

- Ensure all creative elements across campaigns maintain a cohesive brand identity, resonating with the target audience and reinforcing brand loyalty.

- Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and creative strategy, proposing innovative ideas to elevate brand strategy and engagement.
