About the job
We seek a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager with a proven track record of selling SAAS-based solutions in, IT domain. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive sales in the US and India market. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to US and Indian Customers and working in the PST and IST time zone.
Work Location: Remote
Number of openings- 4 (2 for India and 2 for US)
Shift Hours: PST Time zone (US)
Shift Hours: IST Time zone (India)

Job Description for Inside Sales:
Responsibilities & Qualification:
Experience-3-5 Years
➢Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
➢Self-motivated with a result driven approach
➢ Prior experience in IT Sales, Solution Selling, SAAS Sales in North America Region is a must.
➢ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.
➢Prospecting: Identify & Map the right target accounts & POCs
➢Lead Generation: Perform various sales outreach methodologies to engage and schedule new meetings
➢Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers & influencers. Provide exceptional service and maintain regular communication with prospects & clients.
➢Sales Target: Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets & quotas
➢Reporting: Adept in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads & opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
Preference will be given to professionals who have knowledge of CRM, ERP, Process Automation Solutions, Low code applications.
➢Result orientation, number-driven and Proven sales record
➢Positioning value to CXOs, value articulation and driving conviction.
➢Out-of-the-box thinking for creating opportunities in various industry verticals.
➢Strong understanding of applications business solutions, process automation tools, Analytics
and AI
➢Strong flair for knowledge of technology adoption in various industries/ organizations. ➢Networking across the ecosystem of tech solutions, consulting organizations, and thought
leaders.
