Senior GM Finance and Accounts

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounts Lead . This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and taxation processes.
• Drive financial planning and analysis to support business growth and decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the company's cash flow, investments, and treasury operations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial and tax regulations.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team.
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies and process improvements.
• Oversee financial software systems and ensure their optimal utilization.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications:

• CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent financial qualification.
• MBA in Finance or a related field is a plus.
• 15 -35 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
