1. Daily Accounting: Managing the companys financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Recording financial transactions, updating the general ledger, and assisting with the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
2. Bookkeeping: Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts and provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ensuring accuracy.
4. GST Compliance: Timely filing of monthly GST returns and liaise with the tax department for any queries or clarifications.
5. TDS/TCS Management: Responsible for the computation, payment, and filing of TDS/TCS returns as per the Income Tax Act.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial role is preferred but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with accounting software and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Understanding of GST and TDS/TCS regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
