Salary Budget: ₹34.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Team and Operations Management:

• Supervise and guide the sales team to meet assigned targets effectively.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks.

Distributor Management:

• Visit and appoint distributors in the assigned area.
• Ensure timely clearance of outstanding dues and maintain distributor relationships.
• Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Market Activities:

• Conduct daily visits to 7-8 chemists to strengthen market presence and identify new business opportunities.

Area Knowledge:

• Leverage strong understanding of the Burdwan or Siliguri region to drive sales strategies and improve market penetration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 23 years of experience as an Assistant Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to manage sales operations and meet targets.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of distributor and stock management.
• Deep familiarity with the assigned area (Burdwan or Siliguri).
• Proactive approach to market visits and customer engagement.
