Regional Sales Manager (Pharma) Kolkata, West Bengal Region

Salary Budget: ₹ 7 to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve regional targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective team control for optimal performance.

Market Operations:

• Conduct regular CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) visits for inventory and stock management.
• Ensure timely clearance of outstanding dues.
• Appoint and visit distributors to expand and strengthen the distribution network.

Area Knowledge:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Kolkata and West Bengal region to enhance market penetration and sales strategies.

Stock Management:

• Oversee and manage stock levels at both CFA and distributor locations to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing regional operations.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in stock and inventory management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Kolkata and West Bengal pharmaceutical market.
