Zopper - Acquisition Head - Banking Alliances (13-17 yrs)

About Zopper:

Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the InsurTech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business partners, we create the Product i.e. customized insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customized Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customized APIs on our SAAS platform.

Our Sales enablement team which is a large feet on street team enables the last mile sale of insurance by training & supporting the sales teams of our Business Partners.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible to onboard Private Sector Banks to automate their insurance portfolio.

- Identify the technological and operational gaps in the Bancassurance portfolio of Pvt Sector Banks and provide them Zopper solution.

- Work closely with the IT and Bancassurance Team of Pvt Sector Banks and convince them to partner with Zopper.

Prerequisites:

- Candidates should hold 5+ Yrs. of experience in Bancassurance with overall experience of 15+ years.

- Proven ability to connect with people and top management of Pvt Sector Banks

- Should have worked closely with IT and Procurement Team of the Pvt Sector banks

- Should have closed a multi crore deal with any large Pvt Sector Bank in India
