Key Responsibilities:
Rail Operations and Management:
Oversee day-to-day rail operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with rail operators, maintenance crews, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to industry best practices and operational excellence.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and implement improvements to enhance service reliability and efficiency.
Infrastructure Development and Maintenance:
Coordinate with engineering teams, construction firms, and regulatory authorities to plan, design, and maintain rail infrastructure.
Implement infrastructure enhancement projects, track upgrades, and modernization initiatives to support growing demand and improve network capacity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and infrastructure integrity requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Build and nurture relationships with rail operators, freight customers, government agencies, and industry associations.
