Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
Minimum of2 years of progressive HR leadership experience in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate operations, market dynamics, and industry-specific challenges.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) is a plus.
