The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager and other senior team members to identify opportunities and develop new markets for our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation : Identify and create new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Sales Process Management: Assist in managing the sales process from lead generation to close, including understanding customer needs, proposing solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to potential clients.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development using the company s CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with company objectives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
