- Experience required : 4+yrs in Bearing Indistrial Sales or Industrial Consumable Sales in Andhra and Telengana Region.
Responsibilities:.
- Relationship Management: Building strong long-term relationships with key clients in the bearing industry.
- This involves understanding their needs challenges and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow business with key accounts.
- This may include identifying growth opportunities new product introductions or market expansion strategies.
- Negotiation and Sales: Negotiating contracts pricing and terms with key accounts to maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Providing exceptional customer support and service acting as the primary point of contact for any issues or inquiries from key accounts.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities that could impact key accounts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as sales marketing operations and product development to ensure alignment and support for key account strategies.
- Forecasting and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance against targets preparing forecasts and providing regular reports to management on key account activities issues and opportunities.
- Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or concerns that arise with key accounts promptly and effectively striving to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Seeking opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in how key accounts are managed and serviced.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the bearing industry including technical aspects of products applications and customer requirements.
Requirements:.
- Proven experience in B2B and industrial sales preferably from bearing industries.
- Strong understanding of consumable sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in consumable sales direct and technical sales.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
