- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the sales and marketing of our Industrial Automation and Drive Systems, Spares, and Services. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.
- This role requires a strong technical understanding of industrial automation, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.
- Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Meet annual sales, turnover, and collection targets with committed profitability. Customer Understanding: Thoroughly understand commercial terms and customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Solution Development: Develop automation architectures, select appropriate components, and handle costing for customer proposals. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and budgets for the assigned territory/market segment.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, online marketing, and referrals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification and opportunity identification to negotiation and closing deals. Order Management & Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- Marketing Activities: Contribute to marketing efforts by identifying target markets, developing marketing materials, and participating in promotional events. Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Requirements: Education: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation).
