Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Mumbai (Thane).
The ideal candidate will drive sales, provide technical support, and deliver top-tier customer service.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client requirements, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, helping them understand and adopt Tritorc's solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver customized solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil & gas, steel, and mining industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, effectively communicating feedback and addressing concerns.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and technical documentation as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the oil & gas, steel, or mining industries.
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
