Job Description
- Own and maintain database of all OEM / Partner MSA and respective valid tenure
- Track and Renew MSA whenever required with the help of legal
- Identify potential partners, negotiating agreements, nurturing relationships
- Work with practice team during bidding process to work on quotations with procurement
- Bridge between Practice / solution team and other stakeholders like Legal / Finance / Procurement
- Coordination with internal and external stake holders to achieve procurement milestones
- Follow up with legal and finance for completion of MSA and SOF
- Keep the track of procurement deadlines and escalate to respective management leaders
- Work with legal team to complete MSA with non startegic partners.
- Work with Alliance head to resolve pending issues.
- Find new OEM / Partners as per request from Practice / Solutions team
- Attend daily calls for update and issue resolution with transition / practice / solution team
- Create complete portfolio of every distributor / partner to understand their OEM relationship to benefit organization
- Communication and collaboration to address challenges and opportunities within the alliance.
- Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues with partners
- Personal meetings for transaction / training / latest updates with OEMs based in Mumbai (Cisco / NetApp / HPE / PaloAlto)
