Job Description
- Design, develop, and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex .
- Build and maintain custom applications, business logic, and automation solutions using Salesforce best practices.
- Develop Visualforce pages, Flows, and Process Builders for business process automation.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Work with MuleSoft, middleware, and third-party tools for seamless data exchange.
- Develop custom API endpoints and web services for integrations.
- Optimize SOQL, Apex, and LWC performance to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Debug and resolve complex issues related to workflows, security, and integrations.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with Salesforce security best practices.
- Work closely with offshore and onsite teams , including business analysts, architects, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, and code reviews .
- Document technical specifications and provide training/support for end users.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Jenkins, or Git-based repositories .
- Ensure smooth deployment across Sandboxes and Production environments.
- Automate unit testing and regression testing using Salesforce DX.
Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and SOQL .
Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party integrations .
Familiarity with Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, OAuth, and SSO .
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .
Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (Copado, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines) .
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user stories, and sprint-based development .
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect) preferred.
