Senior HR Executive

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our HR team. The role involves supporting payroll processing of large workforce (5000+), ensuring attendance accuracy and addressing employee queries. The candidate will also assist in attendance collection, validation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance Management:

• Collect and collate attendance data from Cluster Leads (CLs) across all locations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of attendance records for payroll processing.

Payroll Processing Support:

• Assist in processing monthly payroll for employees, ensuring correctness and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll records, including updates to employee details.

Employee Queries and Documentation:

• Address routine employee queries related to attendance, salary, and deductions.
• Check that Back Office employee attendance is reflecting correctly on the attendance portal and resolve any discrepancies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in payroll processing or attendance management.
• Experience in handling a large workforce.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Basic understanding of attendance systems and payroll software.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with Cluster Leads and employees.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
