Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decision-making. They will maintain and optimize data systems, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and security. The role involves working with different departments to improve data management processes and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business operations and strategy.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure the accuracy and security of stored data.
• Coordinate with different teams to understand data requirements and provide insights.
• Prepare and present reports to management with actionable insights.
• Monitor data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues.
• Maintain and update databases and data management systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management, or a similar role.
