🚀 About the Role:

Were looking for a Campaign / Performance / Growth Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. If youre passionate about data-driven marketing and have a knack for optimizing campaigns, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact at Zenplus.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display, and programmatic advertising.

✅ Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI, CAC, and LTV.

✅ Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

✅ Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and derive insights for continuous improvement.

✅ Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

✅ Implement and manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems for personalized customer journeys.

✅ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.

🔹 What Were Looking For:

✔ 3-7 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing.

✔ Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.

✔ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution modeling.

✔ Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

✔ Ability to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages that drive conversions.

✔ Knowledge of SEO, ASO, and organic growth strategies is a plus.

✔ Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
