Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and LinkedIn in general.
Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Software Sales.
Experience using email outreach tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, Heyreach, and other prospecting platforms.
Excellent English written and verbal communication with a persuasive, professional approach to outreach.
Self-motivated, results-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market and customer research to identify promising leads.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads using various tools (LinkedIn, CRM systems, industry databases research, etc.)
Outbound Outreach: Execute outbound campaigns via email, cold calling, and social media to generate interest and convert prospects into qualified leads.
Pipeline Development: Build, maintain, and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to meet lead-generation goals.
Lead Qualification: Use established criteria to qualify leads before passing them on to the sales team. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand potential client needs and pain points.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all communications and leads in the Dynamics CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and strategies.
Performance Tracking: Track and report key metrics (number of leads generated, conversion rates, etc.) to improve outreach strategies and lead quality.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for outbound lead generation to optimize campaigns and outreach efforts.
