Job Description

This is a remote position.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Outbound Marketing Specialist with experience in SaaS-based companies to drive outreach and talent engagement. This role requires expertise in using outbound automation tools, AI-driven outreach techniques, and strategic messaging to attract top talent for Zazz.

Responsibilities:

- Develop data-driven outbound recruitment strategies using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Instantly, and Reply.io .

- Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns leveraging AI agents, automation tools, and multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and direct calls).

- Craft compelling messaging sequences , optimize response rates, and track performance to continuously improve conversions.

- Build Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICP) , identify top SaaS talent, and create high-impact outreach playbooks .

- Collaborate with the internal Talent Acquisition team to refine sourcing strategies and ensure talent engagement.

Requirements \u200b

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of outbound marketing experience in a SaaS or product-based company .

- Hands-on experience with outbound marketing and automation tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).

- Expertise in AI-driven outreach and multi-channel engagement strategies .

- Strong analytical skills to optimize messaging and outreach funnels .

- Experience in B2B talent acquisition or recruitment marketing is a plus .
