Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team to identify, screen, and hire top talent in the Automobile, Embedded Systems, and Aerospace industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical requirements in these industries and a proven track record of recruiting high-caliber candidates for roles in these specialized domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific technical requirements for each role within the Automobile, Embedded Systems, and Aerospace sectors.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical skills and cultural fit for candidates in the automotive, embedded systems, and aerospace domains.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Provide guidance and insights to candidates about the roles and industry trends in the relevant domains.
• Keep track of candidate feedback, update the recruitment database, and manage candidate communications.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for hired candidates.
