Qualification MBA in HR or PGDM in HR (Full time)

Experience 2- 4 Years

Location: Thane

Industry Preferred Engineering or Valve Industry

• Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment up to GM/VP Level.
2. Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
3. Source candidates/resumes based on requirements and technical skills.
4. Excellent Written and Oral Communication (Must Have).
5. Manage all coordination for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
6. Knowledge of Salary components, salary preparation, market analysis on the competitors or similar industry.
7. Knowledge of MIS preparation, cost saving
8. Should have good experience with various recruitment portal like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Time Job, indeed, LinkedIn etc.
9. Adherence to TAT and other Performance parameters.
10. Maintaining and generating various reports for Dashboard
11. Desired to be Well versed with HRMS software, onboarding portal etc.

Skills
1. Candidate having experience in Engineering / EPC companies will be preferred.
2. Candidates who are confident of delivering in pressure situations only apply.
3. Should understand technical requirements in Oil and Gas.
Language English / Marathi /Hindi
