Recruitment Executive

Role Objective

• Administer the recruitment process through efficient candidate management and interview scheduling
• Uploading new candidates efficiently into the Recruitment Portal
• Effective initial phone screens to capture candidate details
• Drive candidate engagement through a professional and communicative approach to candidate management
• Conduct recruitment administration methodically, complying to all internal measures
• Assist the Recruitment Team to hire new employees with the right attitude, values and cultural fit for Talent Formula

Role & responsibilities

• Monitoring of the HR Inbox to track candidate testing results, and maintain records accordingly
• Vigilant monitoring of candidate testing and timely notification of candidates who have completed recruitment testing
• Conducting initial phone screens with suitable candidates to verify English communication skills, technical experience, and basic details (salary, notice, location etc)
• Uploading candidates into the recruitment software (Keka Hire), uploading all relevant documentation and screening notes
• Ensure candidates have a positive, engaging and professional experience as they move through the recruitment process
• Friendly, professional English communication used at all time with candidates and internal staff
• Regular contact with candidates to ensure adequate and timely updates are given
• Scheduling of interviews with Recruiters, Head of Talent, Technical Interviewers and Client Interviewers
• Conduct preboarding activities with candidates to reconfirm offer letter information (expected salary, notice period)
• Use persuasive communication skills to motivate candidates to accept offers or attend interviews
• Perform required pre-employment checks, including verification of past payslips to confirm current salary
• Collect all required new employee documentation
• Support the HR team with the preparation of contracts and candidate letters

Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in human resources, business administration or commerce, or related field
• 3+ years proven experience in Finance recruitment position
• Knowledge of Finance/Accounting sector highly advantageous, as is previous experience in the recruitment of accounting positions
• Strong systems skills (ideally with Keka Hire)
• Excellent language and communication skills
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
