The appraisal and salary review is not in line with Market. The pay is not in parity for all employees with same experience. We need to wait at least 4-5 months for increment though it will be paid retrospectively. T

Work life balance only organization in my 18 years career who provides 1.5 hours of break time and 7.5 hours of work time. Provides two meals a day. Three days' work from office and two days' work from home. Conducts many welfare sessions, CSR activities, and Family get togethers.

Nothing. This is the most stupidest company ever.

First they ask whether you are willing to join their company. Next they will conduct HR interview first after putting a technical accounting test which is so absurd that you are expecting a Chartered Accountant to complete a test. Are you kidding me ? After HR round is cleared, they will conduct technical round which will be after 2weeks when we keep on asking them to conduct. After clearing technical round as well, they'll tell us that UK client call will be held and they will take literally 3 weeks of our time for that. Even after clearing that Client Call, they will vanish like all these are never happened. Even after spending 1.5 months of our time for this crawling worm firm, we won't be getting our Offer Letters even after clearing all rounds of Interview. It happened to several of my friends like 20+. If you're not gonna hire us then why the hell treat us like you're gonna give us job and make us wait for more than a month and later tell unsuccessful when we have cleared all rounds. It wasn't even about the pay package. May be that's why this company sits at 27th rank in global firms and keep on falling down. Most cunning firm I've ever seen. It's good opportunity to learn and the efforts of top management to make it better work place are appreciable.

Dislikes

Where to start... The company is losing its way with new managers coming in. The work is on heavier side and a small mistake will lead to hours of analysis and torture. The timings were awkwardly different on different days and food is worst part. The local management just cuts off employee benefits to show profits to top management. Overall a good workplace turned to worse.
