Sr. Executive- HR (Talent Acquisition)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple departments, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and manage the interview process.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment technologies.
• Act as an ambassador for the company's brand and culture during recruitment efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in human resources
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring talent for diverse roles across various functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of employer branding and how to enhance company image as an attractive employer.
