Production Engineer - Valves

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement production processes for control valves, actuators, fittings, fabrications, pneumatics, drawing, material handling, hydraulics, kaizen initiatives.
  
• Supervise daily production planning and manage manpower effectively to meet productivity targets.
  
• Ensure compliance with 5S system standards on the shop floor and maintain a clean working environment.
  
• Oversee production supervisors to ensure efficient shop floor control and minimize downtime.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production engineering.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Production Engineering or similar role in an industrial setting.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical field (essential).
  
• Strong understanding of controlling systems, engine design principles, manufacturing processes, quality control measures.
