Shift Production Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Manage manpower handling, including planning, scheduling, and supervising shifts.
• Implement effective shop floor control measures to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., engineering, maintenance) to resolve issues affecting production processes.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output rate, defect rate, etc.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Production Supervising or related field.
