Production Engineer

Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Work Experience Required:

• For DME: 5 Years
• For BE/B. Tech: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:
   
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and creating engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body building, sheet metal works, and fabrication processes.
2. Supervisory Responsibilities:
   
• Oversee shop floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
• Monitor work progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with production teams to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
3. Reporting & Documentation:
   
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production, quality, and material usage.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
4. Team Coordination & Compliance:
   
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality control measures, and safety guidelines.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
• Experience in vehicle body building and sheet metal fabrication.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
