Production Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Production Management:
  Implement SOPs for bread and bakery production, plan and execute daily and weekly schedules, and ensure smooth shift management with adequate manpower deployment.
• Resource Optimization:
  Minimize variances in raw materials and products, reduce process wastages, and optimize energy usage by controlling key process parameters.
• Quality Assurance:
  Maintain quality standards, monitor raw materials and recipes, and address minor production issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Hygiene, Safety, and Maintenance:
  Ensure a clean, safe working environment, uphold hygiene standards, and collaborate with maintenance for timely preventive actions.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  Prepare and analyze production-related MIS reports, including variance analysis, to support operational efficiency and decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years in manufacturing, preferably in FMCG, Bread, or related industries.
