Factory Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Operations Management:
  Oversee production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and supply chain operations while ensuring adherence to GMP, statutory compliance, and efficient resource utilization.
• Production Planning & Control:
  Plan and execute production schedules, monitor manufacturing parameters, manage raw materials, and ensure accurate reporting of production and consumption.
• Quality Assurance:
  Maintain high-quality standards, ensure hygiene and cleanliness, and provide periodic training to enhance employee performance.
• Maintenance & Safety:
  Coordinate preventive maintenance, enforce safety protocols, and minimize downtime through swift action on equipment breakdowns.
• Process Optimization:
  Identify and reduce wastages, optimize energy usage, and improve overall efficiency in production processes.
• Reporting & Compliance:
  Prepare and submit MIS reports, conduct variance analysis, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Team Management:
  Lead and motivate the workforce to achieve operational excellence, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Business Growth:
  Align factory operations with business growth objectives by implementing innovative strategies and driving continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15-20 years of experience in the food industry, with at least 5 years in a Head of Operations role.
• Strong track record of managing factory operations and driving operational excellence.
