Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities on the shop floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with team members to achieve daily targets, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Develop and implement effective line balancing strategies to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and maintain high-quality products.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to assembly processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
  
• Strong understanding of assembly planning, shift planning, manpower handling, production supervising, rejection control, and daily production planning.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
