Production Shift In-charge (Cutting & Crimping)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
  
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment.
  
• Coordinate with team members to achieve daily targets and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.
  
• Develop processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in cutting tools industry or related field (cutting & crimping).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (electrical/electronics/telecommunication).
  
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, machine tools, SPMs, and other equipment used in the manufacturing process.
