Job Description
Savin CNC Engineering is looking for CNC Supervisor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Machine Setup: Preparing CNC machines for operation, including loading materials, selecting cutting tools, and securing workpieces.
- Programming: Loading and verifying CNC machine programs to ensure they are accurate and free of errors.
- Operation: Operating CNC machines to execute machining processes, such as drilling, milling, or cutting, according to specified instructions.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Safety: Following safety protocols and ensuring that machines are operated safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions or issues that may affect production.
- Documentation: Keeping records of machine settings, programs, and maintenance activities.
- Tool Changes: Changing cutting tools and tool holders as needed during the machining process.
DME or ITI candidates with minimum of two years working experience on CNC machines. Capable of setting machines independently. Working knowledge of English required.
