Production Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (Purchase, QC) for smooth operations.
  
• Ensure efficient use of resources through effective planning and control.
  
• Implement kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  
• Manage manpower effectively by allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Production Engineering or related field.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline.
  
• Strong understanding of assembly planning, fabrication techniques (welding), rejection control, heavy fabrication, pressurized systems (pressure regulating system).
  
• Proficiency in implementing 5S system, WPS (Workplace Safety Program), PQR (Production Quality Review).
