Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and campus placements.
  
• Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in HR or related field (preferably in IT services & consulting).
  
• Strong understanding of business HR principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement and negotiation.
  
• Proficiency in headhunting techniques to identify top performers in competitive industries.
