Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Community Manager to join our team, focusing on driving sponsorship sales, securing corporate partnerships, and building long-term relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development, with excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Sponsorship Sales: Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities, and maintain existing partnerships.
2. Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
3. Develop Sponsorship Proposals: Create customized sponsorship proposals and pricing models that meet the needs of potential partners.
4. Oversee Execution: Ensure successful execution of sponsorship deliverables, including event logistics, marketing, and promotional activities.
5. Align Partnerships with Business Objectives: Ensure partnerships align with business objectives, driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
6. Track Sponsorship ROI: Monitor and analyze sponsorship ROI, providing insights and recommendations for future partnerships.
7. Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop outreach initiatives and promotional materials.
8. Cold Calling and Direct Outreach: Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to identify potential sponsors and build relationships.
9. Leverage Industry Connections: Utilize industry connections to drive partnership opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience
1. 2-7 Years of Experience: Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development.
2. Strong Negotiation and Relationship Management Skills: Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, developing creative solutions to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
4. Experience in High-Growth Startups or Event Sponsorship: Experience working in high-growth startups or event sponsorship is a plus.
5. Collaboration and Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
