About The Job:.
- Develop, build and scale Community programs blueprints + playbooks / strategies that incentivize Professional Contributors to increase posting frequency and quality aligned with our Clients vision incl. building a Microsite / Website for community programming.
- Work with XFN Teams (News, Equity, Brand, Partnerships, Talent) on activating PCs around Editorial moments + Creator Ventures / GIO like Top Voices lists, Cultural moments (IWD, BHM, HHM) - Amplify topics that matter to our members & spark quality conversations around them.
- Innovate on program formats across Highmediumand low-touch approaches.
- Develop engagement models for 1:many activations that incentivize high quality content creation ( workshops, community initiatives, organization engagement, etc.
- Lead strategy for low-touch activations onand off-platform through writing prompts, best practice sharing and educational programming (e.
- The Insider Newsletter, project SAYAN GP writing prompts).
- Innovate on programming & incentivization tactics (educational programming, access to product betas, editorial features and tooling).
- Set the strategy for pilots in markets and scale across Intl regions by building streamlined resources, tracking and reporting infrastructure.
- Empower local community managers, program coordinators and to succeed through best practices and programs.
- Be the point person for data reporting on initiatives / campaigns, knowledge sharing and best practice sessions share continuous progress + highlights with Leadership and XFN Teams.
