Technical Responsibilities :
1. Design and Architecture : Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable Java Spring Boot-based applications, including architecture, framework, and technology selections.
2. Development : Lead the development of high-quality Java Spring Boot-based applications, including coding, testing, and debugging.
3. Technical Guidance : Provide technical guidance and oversight to the engineering team, including code reviews, mentoring, and coaching.
4. Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including performance, scalability, and reliability problems.
5. Technology Evaluation : Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure that our applications remain competitive and aligned with industry trends.
Leadership Responsibilities :
1. Team Leadership : Lead a team of engineers, including providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure that team members are meeting their goals and developing their skills.
2. Technical Vision : Define and implement the technical vision and strategy for the team, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes.
3. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and QA to ensure that applications meet requirements and are delivered on time.
4. Communication : Communicate technical plans, progress, and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Mentorship : Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
Project Management Responsibilities :
1. Project Planning : Plan and estimate the technical effort required for projects, including identifying resources, timelines, and milestones.
2. Project Execution : Lead the execution of projects, including managing the technical team, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Risk Management : Identify and mitigate technical risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
4. Quality Assurance : Ensure that applications meet the highest standards of quality, including developing and implementing quality assurance plans.
Skills and Qualifications :
1. Java and Spring Boot expertise : Expert-level knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, including design patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
2. Leadership experience : Proven experience leading technical teams, including providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
3. Communication skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical plans, progress, and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Problem-solving skills : Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
