Associate Director - Inventory Planning - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (7-15 yrs)

We are actively hiring for an Associate Director for the Inventory Planning team of our Ecommerce Giant for its Bangalore HQ.

Qualification: Full Time MBA from Tier 1 College of pass out year(2013/2014/2015/2016)

Job Description:

- Lead for the Replenishment/Inventory Charter.

- Own the speed-related inventory metrics (Instock/ RU/ CF).

- Manage Inter warehouse replenishment (IWIT) to ensure right placement of inventory closer to customer locations.

- Maximize sales from closest locations with optimal inventory levels.

- Manage distribution and replenishment of seller inventories.

- Strong stakeholder management capability - ability to influence senior stakeholders with often diverging goals.

- Strong leadership capability - guide team in ambiguous scenarios and keep team motivated.

- Ability to think strategically and develop longer term sustainable solutions.

- Ability to define processes, establish ownership, align stakeholders and drive accountability.
