Category Management Role - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)

We have multiple openings across verticals for an Ecommerce Giant in Bangalore for its Category Management/Category Planning Team.

Ecommerce/ Retail/FMCG/Consumer Durables/ Logistics/ Manufacturing

We are looking for professionals for Category Management Role .

We have several vacancies for:

Manager - Full Time MBA from Tier 1 only (Passout Year 2023 , 2022 , 2021 only)

Notice Period : 60 Days( Neg to 30 Days Max) , Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibility :

Category Planning

- Create the category bottom up and plan the category' AOP

- Break down the plans set for the year, AOP plan into quarter, month, week and day level

- Work with other stakeholders/teams to close supply side and demand planning and own the plan to ensure planning accuracy

- Device planning strategies to plan demand for new launches, new SKUs

- Drive the category's top line and bottom line objectives

Pricing & Promotions:

- Develop the right pricing policy - identify opportunities for giving customers value through intelligent and limited discounting

- Use discounting to drive portfolio mix and achieve strategic goals

- Create promotional constructs to drive revenue, margins, etc.

- Understand the competitive scenario, both offline and online and utilize these insights into better pricing strategies.

Merchandising:

- Develop and execute plans to showcase the right products

- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

- Own the customer experience in the category - make navigation, discovery easier.

Marketing:

- Work with marketing to execute marketing campaigns to build awareness and encourage trial across channels - SEM, SEO, TV Commercials, etc.

- Execute SEM, SEO and Email marketing - for the right keywords, to drive conversions of website visits to orders
