Requirements:

Experience: MBA from tier 1 institute with minimum 2+ years of experience preferably in the B2C sector in brand management, marketing, or related fields, with a strong track record of developing and executing brand strategies.

Education: Degree or professional qualification in engineering or quantitative discipline

Skills:

- Managing complex projects from initiation through to implementation

- Developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges

- Developing and implementing measurement systems, processes and procedures for complex situations

- B2C operational environment would be a plus

- Strong analytical skills with extremely high number orientation

- Creative thinker with the ability to recognize improvement opportunities

- Very high customer orientation

- Excellent communication skills

- Driving cross-functional stakeholders for operational improvement initiatives

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
