- This role will be crucial in driving all marketing efforts for the unit at Chennai cluster, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing strategies, and acting as a bridge between the unit and the corporate marketing team.
- The Marketing Ops Lead will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, and overall growth via marketing activities in the region.
- Implement marketing media strategies for the Chennai cluster in alignment with overall business objectives and corporate marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment in brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and monitor all marketing activities and budgets to support business growth, including campaigns, events, promotions, and digital initiatives.
- Ensure strong brand presence and visibility for the company across all touchpoints in the Chennai cluster.
- Manage local branding initiatives tailored to the Chennai audience including PR and Digital Marketing.
- Execution, and optimization of regional marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns effectively and within budget.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand market requirements and customer feedback.
- Develop activity plan to support sales efforts in the region.
- Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all marketing-related matters within the Chennai cluster.
- Report on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI to the unit head and corporate marketing team regularly.
- Co-ordinate with local vendors for marketing activities.
Educational Qualifications : MBA/Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Work Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience as Brand Manager mandatory, in Healthcare, FMCG, consumer durables or telecom organizations, preferably MNC's.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to draft high quality marketing communication materials, reports and presentations with an eye for detail towards new footfall generation, brand associations & partnerships, unit branding, space design, etc.
- Good analytical skills, and experience with analyzing market data to inform marketing and sales strategy.
- Experience with planning and executing marketing activities.
- Experience in working with agencies and managing campaigns.
- Organized and methodical approach.
